Convert flight miles

1. 10 flight (co-brand) miles = 1 status point
2. Points can only be exchanged in blocks of 100 (status points): 100, 200, 600, 2000...
3. A minimum of 100 status points can be exchanged.
4. Conversion of flight miles into status points according to statuses:

• Classic - cannot be converted.
• Silver - when 200 and less than 200 points are required to upgrade to Gold
• Gold - when 400 and less than 400 points needed to upgrade to Platinum
• Platinum - when 500 and less than 500 points needed to upgrade to Elite
• Elite - if 500 and less than 500 points needed to meet the 2nd year renewal condition

These limits are shared with the purchasing of status points with flight miles. That is, if you purchased 100 status points directly with cash while in Silver status, they can simply convert flight miles for 100 status points.

5. The transaction is not refundable.
6. Mail will be sent about confirmation.
7. If you have a family account and are not a head of the family account, you cannot convert flight miles.
8. Only flight miles earned with a co-brand card can be converted into status points.
