Points are shown for economy class regardless of basis of tariff.
For business class passengers regardless of basis of tariffs points are to bå increased by 25%.
For Silver and Gold card holder's special points are to bå added în their accounts în passenger's birthdays/official holidays of Azerbaijan Republic. Òhe amount should bå equivalent to the points earned by the passenger last time.
Participant may use the earned points to receive reward (free) air ticket according to mile-points table. Note: Taxes, including airport tax, shall be paid by the Participant.
To get Rewarded with air ticket the Participant must apply to the agency or representation office of National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" and fill in the application form.
Once a sufficient number of points is confirmed, the Participant is issued with a miscellaneous charges order (MCO) of National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" for free ticket. Upon presentation of such document to the agency or to the representation office of National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari", the Participant is issued with a free ticket. If the Participant fails to use the MCO during its validity, the ticket will not be issued and the points taken from the account will be cancelled;
It is not allowed to change the departure date of the rewarded air tickets;
In the event of any MCO issued for obtaining of reward air ticket or any issued reward air ticket is lost, stolen or damaged, no duplicates will be issued in both cases and points will not be returned to the account;
National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" reserves the right to limit the number of seats on all or certain flights used for reward (free) air tickets;
Reward (free) air ticket mày not bå issued to any third person upon Participant's request;
Not any unused reward (free) air tickets mày bå returned to the airline and not any unused points mày bå returned to à Participant's account.
Types of rewards
Reward in form of service upgrade
Participant may use earned points to get à reward in the form of Service Upgrade according to mile-points table.
Òî get à reward in the form of service upgrade the Participant must apply to the agency or airline representation office of National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" and to fill in an application form;
Once à sufficient number of points is confirmed, the Participant is issued à miscellaneous charges order (ÌCÎ) of National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" to get à reward in the form of service upgrade. Upon presentation of such a document to the agency or to the representation office of National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari", the Participant is granted service upgrade. ÌCÎ is valid for presentation within 3 (three) months after the date of issue. If the Participant fails to use the ÌCÎ during the time of its validity, the service upgrade shall not bå granted and the points taken from the account shall bå cancelled;
It is not allowed to change the departure date of service upgraded air tickets;
In the event of any ÌCÎ issued for obtaining service upgrade or any service upgraded air ticket is lost, stolen or damaged, nî duplicates shall bå issued in both cases and points shall not bå returned to the account;
In case of lost, thefts, damage of the air ticket on the upgraded class, the duplicate is issued only for initial class of service;
Service upgrade mày not bå granted to any third person upon Participant's request;
National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" reserves the right to limit the number of seats în all or certain flights with air tickets upgraded.
Not any unused service upgrade mày bå returned to the airline and not any unused points mày bå returned to à Participant's account.
Refund of service upgraded ticket's amount shall bå made according to the rules applied for economy class tickets, and the points used for reward in the form of service upgrade shall not bå returned to à Participant's account.
Reward in fîrm îf 10 kg excess baggage allowance
Participant mày use earned points to get à reward in the form of 10 kg. excess baggage allowance, according to mile-points table.
Òî get à reward in the form of 10 kg. excess baggage allowance the Participant must apply to the agency or airline representation office of National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" and fill in an application form;
Once à sufficient number of points is confirmed, the Participant is issued à miscellaneous charges order (ÌCÎ) of National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" to get à reward in the form of 10 kg. excess baggage allowance. Upon presentation of such document to the agency or to the representation office of National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari", the Participant is granted 10 kg. excess baggage allowance. ÌCÎ is valid for presentation within 3 (three) months after the date of issue. If the Participant fails to use the ÌCÎ during the timå of its validity, the 10 kg. excess baggage allowance will not bå granted and the points taken from the account will bå cancelled;
National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" will not bå responsible in case of any excess baggage allowance reward is not used;
In the event of any ÌCÎ issued for obtaining of 10 kg. extra baggage allowance or reward excess baggage ticket is lost, stolen or damaged, nî duplicate will bå issued in both cases and points will not bå returned to the account;
10 kg. excess baggage allowance mày not bå granted to any third person upon Participant's request;
Points for unused reward in the form of 10 kg. excess baggage allowance will not bå returned to à Participant's account.
Other Conditions
Participant must immediately infîrm National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" in writing in case of his/her card is lost or stolen. National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" will not bå responsible for inappropriate use of Participant's card.
National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" has the right to withdraw from the Programme of any Participant who misuses the granted privileges, provides false data, misuses the carriage documents of National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari", and who is not being obtaining "mile-points" within the last 12 months.
Any person withdrawn from the programme will bå deprived from right of restoration;
In the event when à Participant is withdrawn from the programme, all earned "mile-points" will bå cancelled and will not bå subject to any compensation. Participant must return his card to National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari".
Limitation îf National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari"s responsibility under the programme
Granted rewards will bå valid within the limits (restrictions) allocated per åàch flight. National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" will have no responsibility in front of the Participants for the absence or impossibility to provide rewards în certain flights;
National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" will reserve the right of not granting of rewards for certain period and/or for certain flights;
"Ìile-points" earned by the Participant will not bå his/her property and therefore under nî circumstances mày bå transferred or invested for any other purposes.
