• Taking into consideration that legislation of some countries may contain limitations to the application of reward programme for passengers, National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" has the right to modify the programme to change the contents of the programme in order to comply with such laws so as to take into account the requirements of legislation of respective states without prior notification to Participant.
• The issuance of Reward (free) tickets is regulated by general rules of the Carrier. Except for damage caused during air transportation, National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari" will not be responsible for any damage (material of moral) caused by the use of Rewards. Damage caused during international air transportation will be compensated as it is provided by Warsaw Convention of 1929, amended at Hague in 1955 and other international agreements to which the Republic of Azerbaijan is a party, as well as the regulations of the State Concern National Carrier "Azerbaijan Hava Yollari".
